Augustine George Masih, J.@mdashBy this common order, I will dispose of both the writ petitions as common questions of law and facts are

involved therein. Counsel for the respondents has produced the clarification issued by the Financial Commissioner & Principal Secretary, Govt. of

Haryana, School Education Department, Chandigarh dated 10.5.2012 according to which and in pursuance thereto, the petitioners have been

treated as eligible for appointment to the post of JBT Teacher (Urdu). She states that in the light of this fact, the present writ petition has been

rendered infructuous.

2. Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute this fact. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. Claim of the

petitioners for appointment to the post of JBT Teacher (Urdu) for Mewat District be considered on merits and result be declared along with other

candidates. Interim order dated 1.5.201 shall not in any manner be taken as impediment for declaration of the result of the petitioners in any

manner.
