Nirmaljit Kaur, J.@mdashThe applicant-Rajdeep Kaur has sent a telegram to this Court praying for direction as Head Constable Harinder Singh

P.S. Tripri Patiala, is harassing him at the instance of one Manmohan Singh.

2. The said telegram has been taken up on judicial side and treated as criminal miscellaneous petition.

3. Upon notice, reply has been filed by the State. As per the reply a complaint dated 20.11.2010 has been filed against the present Petitioner by

Manmohan Singh son of Sh. Surjit Singh resident of H. No. 17, Street No. 24, Tripuri Town, Patiala alleging therein that the Petitioner has been

paid Rs. 90,000/- for getting him visitor visa to go to Newzeland. It is further alleged that neither the visa was granted to the complainant-

Manmohan Singh nor money has been paid back. The matter is being inquired into. However, it is admitted that no FIR has been registered against

the present Petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the State/concerned Police Station that in case the Petitioner is required to be

arrested on the basis of the complaint dated 20.11.2010 made by Manmohan Singh, she will be given 3 days'' prior notice.
