Ajay Kumar Mittal, J.@mdashThe challenge in the present writ petition filed under Articles 226/ 227 of the Constitution of India is to order dated 10.10.2011 (Annexure P-17). After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to make a representation to the respondent-Bank in the light of the clarification order passed by this Court on 03.08.2012.

2. Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the legal remedies available to them in accordance with law.
