Augustine George Masih, J.@mdashPetitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that respondent No. 3 has not correctly assessed the candidates as per the criteria laid down vide instructions dated 10.05.2013 (Annexure P-2), which lay down the criteria for making recruitment from Register A-I, A-II and C to the Haryana Civil Service (Executive Branch) under Rules 9, 10 and 14 of the Haryana Civil Service (Executive Branch) Rules, 2008.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that because of incorrect assessment as per the criteria laid down, petitioner''s name has been recommended at a lower stage than his entitlement. He contends that this would result in the petitioner losing his opportunity to the nomination to the HCS (Executive Branch) for Register A-I.

3. In the light of the submissions of the counsel for the petitioner, let a representation be filed by him to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 within a period of three days from today which shall be considered and decided by these respondents expeditiously and prior thereto final decision on recommendations from Register A-1 shall not be taken.

4. Decision so taken be conveyed to the petitioner forthwith.

5. At this stage, Mr. H.S. Mehtani, Advocate, who appears for the Haryana Public Service Commission-respondent No. 4, on instructions, states that the interviews have already been fixed for recommended candidates for 28.07.2014. If that be so and in case the recommendations have already been made for Register A-1, the order passed by this Court shall not operate in favour of the petitioner.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.

7. Copy of the order be given dasti to the counsel for the petitioner and Mr. H.N. Mehtani Advocate under the signatures of the Special Secretary of this Court.
