Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J.@mdashThe writ petition is filed mainly with the following prayer:

"(i) That respondents may very kindly be directed to grant the revised pay scale of Rs. 54808925 to the petitioner w.e.f. 1.1.1996 to 31.12.1999 and refix his pay accordingly with all consequential benefits and the arrears accrued there under may very kindly be ordered to be paid with interest."

According to the petitioner, he is similarly situated as the petitioners in the judgment rendered by this Court in CWP No. 1941 of 2010 (Annexure P2). It is submitted that the judgment has been accepted in principle and the same has been implemented. If that be so and in case the petitioner is similarly situated as the petitioners in Annexure P2, similar treatment shall be extended to the petitioners herein also. The needful shall be done within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the judgment, referred to above and a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the second respondent/competent authority.

2. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
