M. Katju, J.@mdashThe Petitioner''s vehicle has been seized u/s 207(1) of the Motor Vehicles Act.

2. The remedy of the Petitioner is to file an application u/s 207(2) of the Act to the authority mentioned in that provision, and if he does so, the said authority will dispose of the said application in accordance with law within three weeks of the filing of the said application by a speaking order.

3. With these observations, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
