1. Petitioner is working as Panchayat Secretary, in Village Panchayat Dhigora, under Janpad Panchayat Gunour, District Panna. By the impugned order dated 3.8.2012 petitioner has been transferred to another Panchayat in the same District. Challenge to the order of transfer is made on the ground that petitioner has been transferred on two occasions during the last one year.

2. Shri Chandrapal Singh learned counsel appears on behalf of Gram Panchayat along with caveat application. Shri Chandrapal Singh brings to the notice of this Court various complaint made by Gram Panchayat and submits that on the request of Gram Panchayat on administrative consideration, interference into the matter be not made.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and on consideration of the fact that petitioner''s transfer has been effected on administrative consideration due to objections raised by Gram Panchayat, therefore, it is not appropriate for this Court to interfere on the ground of frequent transfer when the petitioner is transferred only because Gram Panchayat has indicated various administrative reasons for transferring him. If the petitioner feels that his transfer is tainted with malafide, he may represent to the Collector and it would be for the Collector to call the petitioner and the Gram Panchayat and hear them and take a decision. Accordingly, finding no case for interference on the grounds raised, this petition is disposed of.
