P. Jyothimani, J.@mdashMr. P. Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the Respondents. With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. In respect of declaration of minority status to the Petitioner-Institution, it is seen that there has been a query raised by the Government regarding the original trustee and the supplementary deed for which the Petitioner has given its compliance report on 03.06.2011 to the effect that the Managing trustee and the original trustee Mr. Ramachandran passed away on 10.07.2011 which has necessitated the constitution of supplementary deed.

3. Mr. P. Sanjay Gandhi learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that inasmuch as on 03.06.2011 the compliance report has been submitted, the Government will consider the same and pass orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the first Respondent to pass orders regarding declaration of minority status to the Petitioner-institution, based on the compliance report given by the Petitioner-institution, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, M.P. No. 1 of 2011 is closed.
