appearing for the Respondents.
2. The Petitioner has come up with the presentwrit petition praying to direct the Respondents 2 and 3 todisburse the balance amount of Rs. 7.05
lakhs with interestto the Petitioner to be paid for the work executed underTourism Development Scheme in the year 2006 - 2007 at Udayagiri fort
in Kanyakumari District.
3. The Petitioner has made a representation to the Respondents on 10/2/2009 followed by a legal notice dated 3/2/2011. Since the same have not
been considered so far, the Petitioner has come up with the present writ petitionpraying for the relief as stated therein.
4. Without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the Petitioner, the second and third Respondents are directed to consider the
representation submitted by the Petitioner dated 10/2/2009, if it has not been disposed of already and pass appropriate orders on merits and in
accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. This writ petition is ordered accordingly. No. costs.
