1. We heard the counsel for the parties. It is not in dispute that the order of Finance Department issued vide Memo No. 193 dated 29th March, 2003 came to be challenged in a writ petition being Reported in 2008(3) PLJR 356 C.W.J.C. No. 14170 of 2004. It is also not in dispute that the Memo dated 29th March, 2003 has been quashed and set aside in that writ petition. That the foundation of reduction of pay-scale of the petitioner is the Memo dated 29th March, 2003 also does not seem to be in dispute. We are informed that a letters patent appeal was filed by the State Government assailing the decision of the Single Judge dated 13th July,2007 in C.W.J.C. No. 14170 of 2004 and that L.P.A. has been dismissed by us on 30th June, 2008.

2. We are, thus, satisfied that this L.P.A. also does not deserve to be admitted. The appeal is dismissed in limine.
