Biswanath Somadder, J.@mdashThe main writ petition was dismissed on 26th April, 2012. Subsequently, a restoration application was filed, which appeared on 17th August, 2012, when none appeared in support of the restoration application. Thereafter, when the matter was again taken up for consideration on 24th August, 2012, this Court dismissed the application for restoration while observing that the application was not interested in prosecuting the matter. Now the present application has been filed on 12th October, 2012, seeking restoration of the restoration application, which stood dismissed on 24th August, 2012. Even today none appears in support of the instant application when the matter is taken up for consideration. Clearly, the applicant is not interested in prosecuting his matters. Successive applications of this nature tantamount to abuse of the process of Court and should not be encourage. The present application is liable to be summarily dismissed on this ground alone and is accordingly dismissed.
