2. Call for the record.

3. Also heard on I.A. No. 1 application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail.

4. Applicants have been convicted for committing offence u/s 506(B) of Indian Penal Code and have been awarded sentence of S.I. for 2 months and fine of Rs. 100/- and u/s 452 of IPC, applicants have been awarded sentence of S.I. for 1 year and fine of Rs. 1000/-.

5. Applicants No. 1 and 2, Dakeshwar Verma and Chhedu Ram Verma have been convicted for committing offence u/s 324/34 of Indian Penal Code and have been awarded sentence of S.I. for 3 months and fine of Rs. 1000/- and in default of payment of fine, to undergo S.I. for 1 months.

6. Applicant No. 3, Domar Singh Verma has been convicted for committing offence u/s 324 of Indian Penal Code and has been awarded sentence of S.I. for 6 months and fine of Rs. 500/-.

7. Considering the short sentence and also for the fact that hearing of the revision application may take some time, this court is inclined to suspend the sentences and release the applicants on bail.

8. Accordingly, I.A. No. 1 for suspension of sentence and grant of bail is allowed.

9. Execution of substantive jail sentences imposed on applicants shall remain suspended and they are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum Rs. 10,000/- with one surety for the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court for their appearance before the Registry of this Court on 21st January, 2014. They shall thereafter appear before the trial Court on a date to be given by the Registry of this Court and shall continue to appear there on all such subsequent dates as are given to them by the said Court, till the disposal of this revision.
