1. The appeal is from a decree which directed ejectment and awarded mesne profits. The Court-fee should be calculated on the land and the mesne profits which are the subject-matter of the appeal.
2. The Judge is right in his opinion that Section 7 of the Court-Fees Act is applicable to the case.
