B.S. Verma, J.@mdashHeard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record.
2. Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.
3. According to the petitioner, the petitioner was transferred from Tehri Garhwal to Dehradun in the Food Commissioner Office vide order dated 28.02.2009 but subsequently vide order dated 05.07.2010, he was transferred from Food Commissioner Office, Dehradun to District Supply Office, Dehradun. Pursuant to the order-dated 05.07.2010, the petitioner had joined the District Supply Office, Dehradun but by the impugned order dated 13.08.2010, the petitioner has been transferred to District Bageshwar against the Government policy
4. Since the petitioner has been transferred only in the year 2009 to the Food Commissioner Office, Dehradun and thereafter on 05.07.2010 to District Supply Office, Dehradun, the matter required scrutiny.
5. Till the next date of listing, the impugned order dated 13.08.2010, annexed as annexure No. 4 to the writ petition shall remain stayed.
6. Learned Brief Holder prays for and is granted four weeks time to file counter affidavit.
7. List thereafter.
8. Interim Relief application stands disposed of accordingly.
