The petitioner appears in person before when this matter is called on.Mr. Robin Ghosh, Enforcement Officer, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner,
Kolkata Region, and authorised representative of the respondents also appears before us.
On the prayer made by the petitioner, this writ application stands dismissed being not pressed.
There will be, however, no order as to costs.
