The instant appeals have been filed under Section 14A(2) SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act on behalf of the appellants, who are in custody in

connection with FIR No.76/2019, Police Station Sayra, District Udaipur for the offences under Sections 143, 341, 323/149 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(C)

(D)(S)(Y) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act against the orders dated 04.06.2019 & 24.05.2019 passed by the Special Judge, SC/ST

(Prevention of Atrocities) Cases, Udaipur, whereby, the bail application preferred under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the appellants was rejected.

Heard. Perused the material available on record.

Thus, having regard to the entirety of facts and circumstances as available on record and upon a consideration of the arguments advanced, this Court

is of the opinion that the appellants deserve to be enlarged on bail.

Consequently, the instant appeals are allowed. The impugned orders dated 04.06.2019 & 24.05.2019 passed by the Special Judge, SC/ST (Prevention

of Atrocities) Cases, Udaipur is set aside. It is ordered that the accused-appellants (1). Mahendra Suthar S/o Shankar Lal Suthar, (2). Laxman Singh

S/o Pratap Singh, (3). Gopal Singh S/o Nan Singh, (4). Jalam Singh S/o Chen Singh & (5). Pratap Singh S/o Sultan Singh arrested in connection with

F.I.R. No.76/2019, Police Station Sayra, District Udaipur, shall be released on bail; provided they furnish a personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- and two

sureties of Rs. 25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court with the stipulation to appear before the Court on all dates of hearing and as

and when called upon to do so.
